Make elements span the full width of container

You can use the *-all class to make an element span the entire with of a container. For example, if your grid prefix is ‘d’, you can use .d-all to span the full width of the grid:

<header class="d-all">
    …
</header>

Please note: If our ‘d’ grid contained 6 columns, .d1-d6 would not work. Only .d-all will span the full width.

When spanning the full width within another element on grid, you would again use .d-all. So to span the full width within a .d1-d3 element, you would use .d-all, not .d1-d3.
