So, you like… grids?

I’m interested to see if anyone else is experimenting with unique grid set ups, like asymmetric, modular, or ratio-based grids. For example, we’ve recently used modular grids (grids within grids) in our work with Al Jazeera (image attached). And on the Gridset blog, we use an asymmetric, golden-ratio based grid.

So what you got?

I am also interested in the use of ratio/scalar based grid systems. It feels like the current use of modular grid systems is really missing a lot of what a grid system can do and ends up treating them as a glorified graph-paper.
